Web Based Training

WBT is an optimal teaching environment where self learning can be used.
In these situations, WBT packages can accomplish maximum training objectives in minimum time and effort, while providing an easy and user-friendly experience.

Our WBT packages are developed using the following components:  

• Structured and self paced
  The WBT session is presented with a table of contents, which guides the user through the processes included in the training. The user (trainee) can either select the processes he wishes to learn and skip irrelevant steps, or follow the full session thoroughly. The user proceeds at his own pace, can repeat sections, and can stop and continue at later stages. 
• Branching
  Branching and sub branching of processes is integrated where needed,  according to the specific training content and user needs.
• Interactive templates
  The WBT session can include a set of interactive templates, which are selected according to each specific training topic. The templates provide a graphical user friendly mechanism for delivering specific learning objects. Examples are: Flow charts, diagrams, time scales,
  pie charts, screen structures and more.
• Online practicing & exercising
  Various levels of learning interactivity can be embedded into the session, which are typically referred to as "show me", "guide me" and "let me".
  Hands on exercises can be combined within the WBT session using the customer's sample data. This can be done with exercises instructions which are embedded into the session, providing the user with a rolling task. The user will stop the web session in order to perform an exercise, verify his results, and then continue with the training.
• Q&A
  In order to verify learning efficiency, questions and answers need to be integrated in a learning session.
  The questions can come in form of self testing, or quizzes, with or without marking.
  The results can be used for customer certification programs.
• Narration
  The advantage of narration is user-friendliness, as some trainees prefer to follow a narrated training session. Narration can be added to the text without replacing it. In these situations, it is added as non mandatory and can be muted off.
